As all items purchased from our site are personalised you are unable to return a garment unless it is faulty. If it is simply a sizing issue then unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. 

Exceptional Circumstances

We may in exceptional circumstances be able to re use in another order in which case we will refund your money for you to be able to re purchase the correct size. Please ask staff who will be able to advise accordingly if we are able to accommodate this. 

Refunds will only be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the return purchase but may take up to 5 working days to clear back into customers account.

We strongly recommend that customers use a recorded, trackable service to return items as The Logoworks accepts no responsibility for returned items which are lost or stolen in the post.
Please note that we will not refund exchange/return postage costs. In certain circumstances only where it is deemed the fault of The Logoworks for the exchange/refund of an item, the cost of postage to return the original item(s) may be refunded to the customer. If you feel this is applicable to you, please enclose a receipt of postage. Without a receipt of postage, no refund of postage will be given

Damaged or Defective Products

For The Logoworks, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.

Returned damaged products are inspected by The Logoworks Management and refunded/replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. Please note the life expectancy of any Logoworks product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Logoworks products damaged by normal wear and tear, abuse or negligence, have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not refunded/replaced.
